On a small corner plot with a busy road on one side and a residential lane on the other, this is a simple office building with basement parking, show-room on ground floor and a single office on each of the upper floors. Although we could not convince the clients to have openable road-front glazing, we did manage to have overhangs at each floor on all four sides. The circular glass brick stair/elevator tower turning the corner glows rather elegantly at night.
